Terms of service

Please give these a read before messaging me. Commissioning me means you agree to them.

How it works

  1. Send your design

    DM me on X or send an email with your model design and when the art will be ready. Already have the finished art? Just send me the PSD so I can check the layers and get started! If you’d like something special like extreme head turns, tell me and add references.

  2. Reserve your slot

    Your slot is yours once the first payment comes in. It can be the full price, 50% or the first part of an installment plan, and it counts toward the total.

  3. Rigging & WIPs

    I’ll send you WIP videos as I go so you can ask for changes along the way.

  4. Delivery

    Once the model is fully paid it’s all yours. You then have a week to ask for revisions.

Your PSD

  • Please send a .psd that’s ready for rigging with proper mouth layers and every layer named (Arm R, Head, Ear L…).
  • If the PSD needs small fixes I can make them myself for an extra fee. We’ll agree on the price based on how much work it takes.
  • I don’t do art cutting, sorry!
  • Changing the PSD or art after rigging has started costs extra depending on the change.

Payment & refunds

  • I accept PayPal and Wise. Paying with Wise saves you 5%!
  • You can pay in full upfront or pay 50% before I start and the rest later.
  • Installments are possible too! Just tell me what works for you and we’ll plan it together.
  • Once work has started I can’t offer refunds.
  • By commissioning me you confirm you’re of legal age and agree not to file a chargeback. If anything about the rig feels off just tell me and I’ll do my best to fix it.

WIPs & privacy

  • By ordering you agree that I can share WIPs of your model on my socials.
  • Want to keep your model a secret until debut? That’s +10% of the total.

Revisions

  • You can ask for changes while I rig and for one week after delivery.
  • I’m happy to help after that too, but those requests wait their turn and may cost extra.

Files & usage

  • You can use your rig commercially.
  • The .cmo3 file stays with me.
  • Please credit me in your bio or Twitch description with “rig @Maffriron” ♡

Turnaround & rush

  • Usually 1–3 months depending on the model and animation. We’ll pick the dates together.
  • Need it sooner? Priority rush is +50% and moves you to the front of the queue behind any earlier rush orders. Please ask me first so I can check there’s room.
